Officially announced on Monday the Indian TRA "TRAI" Prohibition of the social networking site Facebook and then "Free Basics" service because of the encouragement of non-neutrality of the Internet, and it is what constitutes a painful blow to the company and a setback for its projects in the framework of its initiative for free Internet.
And The Indian TRA TRAI had issued at the end of December last year 2015 resolution banning Free Basics service and launched by Facebook in partnership with one of the largest telecommunications companies in India, "Reliance Communications" in order to enable users to get a free connecting to the Internet on their smartphones this includes site Facebook as well as a number of other sites, and the reason for the ban was the fact that the service does not guarantee the neutrality of the Internet where the service is encouraging some of the sites in return for other marginalized.
The final decision of the Commission announced today did it comes also in favor of Facebook, where barred TRAI all Indian telecom companies from providing Internet services disparate and incomplete users, also banned telecom companies from providing or application Tmizaah definitions referring to the Free Basics service.
And Indian officials pointed the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority that the new resolution is taken from the principle of Internet neutrality, which prevents the promotion of services and sites on the other account or distinguishable, as pointed out that these laws will be re-examined every two years.
